Young Peoples' Activities

Both Christ Church and St Andrews welcome young people and families.

There are Sunday Schools at both churches.

Various special interest groups for children and young people meet in our parishes.

Babies and toddlers

	Parent/Carer and Toddler Group. 3G (3 generation group) for carers, parents or grandparents with babies or pre-school children meets in St Andrew's Hall on Tuesdays during school term time from 10-11.30 am. (£1 per family including refreshments).
	Colman Road Parent and Toddler group meets at Colman Road Hall, the church hall of Christ Church, on Wednesdays during term time from 9.45-11.15 am. (£1.25 per session, for info: Jane [Norwich 250489]). The vicar of Christ Church is often present.

Uniformed organizations

	Eaton St Andrew's Scouts, Cubs and Beavers have a number of groups for different ages.

	Some of these organizations occasionally parade at Family Services.

Raize

Raize is a youth group for 10-16 year olds. We aim to have fun, play games, chill and chat together. Raize meets bi-weekly on a Sunday evening from 6.30-8.30 pm at St Andrew's Hall, near Waitrose NR4 6NW. Raize is currently on ice until the appointment of a new youth worker.

Musical Activities

	Young People and teenagers are welcome in the choirs at both churches.
	Treble choristers (from 7 years) rehearse on Friday evenings at 6.30 pm. in Christ Church.
	Christ Church Music Group welcomes children and teenagers who play a musical instrument.

Teenagers

Youth Alpha courses and confirmation groups are arranged each year.

Eaton Eagles Football Team

	The church sponsored football team belongs to the Norfolk Christian Combined Adult & Youth League Website

The above activities are supported by the Group Council for the Eaton Parishes and the Youth and Children's Committee. The Children’s and Youth Committee has a membership which includes leaders, helpers and supporters from all the groups and activities for the young people in our two parishes. Its purpose is to coordinate and extend the work to take the Gospel to more of the young people of Eaton.
